Caruso - a hero? HARDLY.

David Caruso ALLEGEDLY did some real-life "hero" work yesterday as he helped an accident victim in Los Angeles, CA. Caruso, witnessed the car crash and stopped his own car to lend a hand to an injured motorist. WHATEVER THE TRUTH it was Caruso's luck that a CAMERAMAN was nearby and photographed his "heroic efforts" . We can see Caruso carrying a WOMAN'S PURSE - now we know the REAL REASON WHY he stopped his car ! Anyway, it is - once again - PRICELESS PR!!!!! However, I wonder - is it ENOUGH to make it to the FRONT PAGE????
