David Caruso and the showgirl

Big  news in TV land over the weekend; Elizabeth Berkley, a.k.a. Jesse Spano, has been signed on as a recurring character on "C.S.I. Miami." She's been tapped to play Horatio's (David Caruso) ex-wife.
We caught up with Caruso, and asked him how he felt about the casting decision. Here's what he said:

Caruso (removes sunglasses for dramatic affect): Berkley? Is that ... the woman ... who ... fucked a stripper ... pole ... in Showgirls? (puts on sunglasses for dramatic affect) The verdict ... is in: She's ... hot. (removes sunglasses for dramatic affect). I'd ... hit that ... I'd love to ... be her ... A.C. Slater. (puts on sunglasses for dramatic affect). I'll be in ... my trailer ... if you ... need ... anything ... (removes sunglasses for dramatic affect) else.

HOLY SHIT!

Now they've done it!! Now weeee really have to watch closely for the ever-present threat of a Stiffy!!! OMG...guess SHE is THAT desperate!! Or, the Ratings are sinking, or Producers are getting fed-up with Mr. Ueber-Ego!! Well, now they've got TWO!!! Then again, could be FUN!! Waaaait..think about it!! Ex-Wife, Caruso.............get my Drift??? Paging...3 and counting...I would love to write that Episode, lol!!

WHOA....wait a minute

She's cast as Caines EX-wife.......from when?????? Back when he and Calliegh talked, in the episode where Resden was framing him for killing his girlfriend, she mentioned that he(Horatio) had been in Miami 10 years and that was 2 years ago. He wasn't married to this chick during that time so it had to be before that. She can't be more than early 30's now so what was she 12 when they were married. They need to think a little further than DC wants a hot ex-wife for continuity's sake.....

Right. And in episode "Dangerous Son" they said HoCaine just had a FLING with an army nurse. He never was married to her - does EB look like a 40ish woman? BAD CASTING DECISION.

However, there is ONE THING Caruso and Berkley have in common: BOTH ARE GOLDEN RAZZIE N NOMINEES. Berkley even won it!

...how ruuuude!! They have really dropped the Ball on this Show!!! I guess the Writers Strike has their Shorts in Knots, and they simply are desperate!!! I gave up on that whole Contenuity-Thing looooong Time ago, when the little Girl was Murdered and HC promised on her Birthday each Year he would not forget...blablablablah...it was the one where the Priest was shot...and do NOT even get me started with the whole Hummer Issue...and now THIS!!! Anybody wanting to write one of the Producers, let me know..I got his E-mail....!!

Call me crazy...

but I think I very vagely remember that in one Scene, someone asks H if he's been married before..I can't quite put my Finger on it, but I think his Line went something like this: .I was, a very long time ago in NY. I could totally have gone into the deep End, but I SWEAR! Maybe it was in the first Season, with Megan, after the Bomb Blast that killed his Teacher...or, after the Planecrash in the Glades....AM I NUTS??? Heeeeeelp!

Uhmmmm,

okay, in Season ONE.. I wrote this Dude who had his e-mail posted on one Site or another, Corey something..I bitched about the Show and sugessted, they should buy DC a pair of Kneepads...THE DUDE WROTE BACK!! He thanked me for watching the Show and liked the constructive Criticism. What can I say?? I was stunned!! Later it became clear, that he is one of the Producers...who knew?? Guess he's written a couple of Epis since then...oh well!!
