David Caruso's Hickey?! POLLTIME

Since we had so many funny, positive reactions from our readers we have decided to set up - YOU GUESSED IT - a new poll.
This time however, we have chosen a very special subject.
While looking closely at candids of David Caruso and his latest Bollywood toy, Amina Islam, we noticed a dark spot on David Caruso's neck.
Of course, this spot could be EVERYTHING:

A cancer-mark.
A mole.
Just Grime.
A blemish.
A skin irritation of some sort.
Or it could be a HICKEY ..... (Albeit one that is at least a few days old. LOL!!!)
