CSI Miami star David Caruso could soon to be forced his beloved South Florida condo and cough up a lot more - if his bitter ex has her way (SERVES HIM RIGHT!!!)

Caruso quitely divorced third wife Margaret Buckley in August 2005 to marry an ex-prostitute.

But while the 50-year-old actor's divorce is final the heated settlement battle has prevented him from tying the knot, say insiders.
"David hasn't paid Margaret a penny in alimoney since they split- and she's steaming over it." says a source.
He claims that he is more than willing to put the whole thing behind him and move on. But until both agree on a doller figure David can live with, he refuses to settle."

Caruso has reimbursed his ex-wifes living expenses, but she is claiming that he ows her an additional $ 25.000,-- a month in alimoney - retroactive to the day they split - plus half the couple's community property, says the source.

"David and Margaret have already agreed to split some of the property. For example, he will take their Bentley and she gets the Range Rover. Also they've agreed through their attorneys to split the furniture and their 401k retirement plans down the middle. But at the moment their biggest hang-up is the Miami condo where he now lives.

"David is so desparate to keep it that he's offered Margaret a $ 1,5 million, one-time pay-out, which would strip him of every penny he's saved. Margaret thinks it would serve him right to loose the condo because he cheated on her with another woman behind her back!" (I think that too!!!)
